The most reproducible RBBP9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Negative regulation of smoothened signaling pathway, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with RBBP9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP9-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP9 results are reported.
