Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBBP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,332 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Translesion synthesis, DNA replication, and Regulation of DNA replication. Each is linked with RBBP8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP8-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Translesion synthesis grouped by RBBP8-low versus RBBP8-high in LUNG_SCLC.
