Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RBBP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RBBP5 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RBBP5 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RBBP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where RBBP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
