Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,544 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RBBP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Nuclear pore organization, and Protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with RBBP5 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP5-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP5 results are reported.
