Across TCGA cell cohorts, RBBP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,720 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RBBP4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with RBBP4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RBBP4-to-partner and partner-to-RBBP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition grouped by RBBP4-low versus RBBP4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
