Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAX mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAX data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RAX mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PDAC show a favorable association.

UCEC, HNSC, and PDAC are the cancer types where RAX mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
