Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAX RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,644 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAX-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cyclin-dependent protein kinase activity, Regulation of ubiquitin-protein transferase activity, and Chaperone-mediated protein folding. Each is linked with RAX in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX-to-partner and partner-to-RAX results are reported.
