Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAX protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,440 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG1, CSF3R, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with RAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX-to-partner and partner-to-RAX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAX versus NDRG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
