Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH2, PCNA, and 4E-BP1_pT37_T46. Each is linked with RAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX-to-partner and partner-to-RAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH2 grouped by RAX-low versus RAX-high in UCEC.
