Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZP2 and CR1. Each is linked with RAX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAX-to-partner and partner-to-RAX results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZP2 grouped by RAX-low versus RAX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
