RAVER2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAVER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,220 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF326, CBX1, and HDAC1. Each is linked with RAVER2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER2-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAVER2 versus ZNF326 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
