Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAVER2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,193 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear pore complex assembly, DNA strand elongation, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with RAVER2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER2-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER2 results are reported.
