Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAVER2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,430 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAVER2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCR, NCOA6, and PLEKHA5. Each is linked with RAVER2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER2-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCR grouped by RAVER2-low versus RAVER2-high in BREAST.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
