RAVER1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAVER1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,667 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are QTRT1, ECSIT, and MRPL4. Each is linked with RAVER1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER1-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAVER1 versus QTRT1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
