RAVER1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAVER1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAVER1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1orf158, SALL3, and WNT8A. Each is linked with RAVER1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAVER1-to-partner and partner-to-RAVER1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1orf158 grouped by RAVER1-low versus RAVER1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAVER1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAVER1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
