Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,028 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of post-translational protein modification, Positive regulation of protein modification by small protein conjugation or removal, and Positive regulation of signal transduction by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with RASSF9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF9-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
