Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,878 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF8-AS1, SRPX, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with RASSF8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF8-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF8 versus RASSF8-AS1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
