RASSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, ERK2, and Heregulin. Each is linked with RASSF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF8-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by RASSF8-low versus RASSF8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
