RASSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 271 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR183, OR5F1, and NDC80. Each is linked with RASSF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF8-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR183 grouped by RASSF8-low versus RASSF8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
