RASSF6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 869 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC13, CHAF1A, and NCAPH2. Each is linked with RASSF6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF6-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC13 grouped by RASSF6-low versus RASSF6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF6→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
