Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,114 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Anatomical structure homeostasis, Tissue homeostasis, and Telomeric 3' overhang formation. Each is linked with RASSF6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF6-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF6 results are reported.
