RASSF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,497 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASSF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, VIM, and RASSF2_S145. Each is linked with RASSF2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASSF2 versus QKI in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
