Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,248 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein autophosphorylation, Positive regulation of blood vessel endothelial cell migration, and Negative regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with RASSF2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein autophosphorylation grouped by RASSF2-low versus RASSF2-high in STOMACH.
