Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12J, TBL1Y, and CSN2. Each is linked with RASSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF2-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12J grouped by RASSF2-low versus RASSF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
