Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASSF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASSF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-752P, RNU6-210P, and RNU6-1242P. Each is linked with RASSF10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASSF10-to-partner and partner-to-RASSF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
