RASL12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,198 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSGALNACT2P2, MIR7845, and RNY4P13. Each is linked with RASL12 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL12-to-partner and partner-to-RASL12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CSGALNACT2P2 grouped by RASL12-low versus RASL12-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL12→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
