Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASL12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,127 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle, Sodium ion transport, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with RASL12 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL12-to-partner and partner-to-RASL12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of G1/S transition of mitotic cell cycle grouped by RASL12-low versus RASL12-high in OVARY.
