RASL11B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,633 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL11B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EFEMP2, HMCN1, and KANK2_S375. Each is linked with RASL11B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11B-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASL11B versus EFEMP2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL11B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL11B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
