Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASL11B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,756 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASL11B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle phase transition, Purine nucleotide biosynthetic process, and Nucleotide biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RASL11B in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL11B-to-partner and partner-to-RASL11B results are reported.
