RASL10B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASL10B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,466 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASL10B-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGFR3P6, RNA5SP419, and RNU6-104P. Each is linked with RASL10B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASL10B-to-partner and partner-to-RASL10B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGFR3P6 grouped by RASL10B-low versus RASL10B-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASL10B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASL10B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
