Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,029 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYCT1, EMCN, and FAM110D. Each is linked with RASIP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASIP1 versus MYCT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
