RASIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 739 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-42P, GNPDA1, and DNAJC8. Each is linked with RASIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-42P grouped by RASIP1-low versus RASIP1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
