RASIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Lck, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with RASIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by RASIP1-low versus RASIP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
