Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,341 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion. Each is linked with RASIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay grouped by RASIP1-low versus RASIP1-high in OESOPHAGUS.
