RASIP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 558 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OCM2, PRAMEF11, and GRK3. Each is linked with RASIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASIP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OCM2 grouped by RASIP1-low versus RASIP1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
