RASGRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GIMAP7, WAS, and LCP2. Each is linked with RASGRP3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP3-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP3 versus GIMAP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
