RASGRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,049 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHMT2, NDUFA12, and BRI3BP. Each is linked with RASGRP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP3-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHMT2 grouped by RASGRP3-low versus RASGRP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
