RASGRP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, eIF4E, and Ku80. Each is linked with RASGRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP3-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by RASGRP3-low versus RASGRP3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
