RASGRP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,166 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD9L, SAMD9, and CFLAR. Each is linked with RASGRP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP3-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP3 versus SAMD9L in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
