Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGRP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6M1, ZNRF4, and TAAR5. Each is linked with RASGRP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP3-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6M1 grouped by RASGRP3-low versus RASGRP3-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
