RASGRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,603 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANKRD44, CORO1A, and DEF6. Each is linked with RASGRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP1 versus ANKRD44 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
