Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,232 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QB, C1QA, and PDIA5. Each is linked with RASGRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RASGRP1 versus C1QB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
