RASGRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASGRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,801 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5007, RN7SL551P, and SPINT3. Each is linked with RASGRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5007 grouped by RASGRP1-low versus RASGRP1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
