RASGRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASGRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOD1, TMCO5A, and OR10W1. Each is linked with RASGRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RASGRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYOD1 grouped by RASGRP1-low versus RASGRP1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RASGRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RASGRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
