The most reproducible RASGEF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are BET1, SHC2, and PNPLA8. Each is linked with RASGEF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1B-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1B results are reported.
