Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGEF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,349 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGEF1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Protein transport within lipid bilayer, and Negative regulation of stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with RASGEF1B in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1B-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1B results are reported.
