Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASGEF1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,799 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RASGEF1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of matrix metallopeptidase secretion, Positive regulation of glycoprotein metabolic process, and Pyrimidine nucleobase metabolic process. Each is linked with RASGEF1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASGEF1A-to-partner and partner-to-RASGEF1A results are reported.
