Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RASEF Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RASEF data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RASEF Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RASEF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, ACC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RASEF Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
