Across TCGA patient cohorts, RASEF mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, INPP4B, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RASEF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASEF-to-partner and partner-to-RASEF results are reported.
