Across TCGA cell cohorts, RASEF RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,339 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RASEF-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, Regulation of blood-brain barrier permeability, and Serotonin secretion. Each is linked with RASEF in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RASEF-to-partner and partner-to-RASEF results are reported.
